One of the results of the PC Gaming Show conference was the news of the game's release Gears of War Ultimate Edition for personal computers, which will support DirectX 12 and 4K resolution. The head of developer The Coalition Studio, Rod Fergusson, emphasized that the likelihood of Gears of War 4's release is quite high, but the time for official announcements is still early. Another news item at the conference was Phil Spencer's announcement that Killer Instinct will be coming to PC, thereby allowing the developers to make the game multiplatform.
What is the game about: The plot of GoW: Ultimate Edition is based on events unfolding on the planet Sera, where the Locust, creatures from the underworld, have emerged to the surface and are beginning to destroy human settlements. The player controls Marcus Fenix, a former prisoner in a military prison, now a war hero, forged in countless merciless battles. As the commander of a combat squad, Marcus must organize the planet's defense and destroy the enemy that threatens the entire human colony on Sera.

Found a way to fix the save problem... in the checkpoints folder you can simply rename the chapter you want to play from chapter 0, for example if you want to start in chapter 9 rename the chapter 9 file to chapter 0 and just start a new game and you will start from chapter 9. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the original chapter 0.
