Gretel & Hansel

Gretel & Hansel is an adventure game with puzzles and dark humor, in which Gretel and Hansel try to escape a dark forest and find their way home. Along the way, they'll encounter dangerous creatures, strange obstacles, and a hungry witch who can turn any mistake into another disaster. The environment is filled with interactive objects, so to progress, you'll need to carefully explore every corner, check out unusual items, and experiment with the world around you. Death opens the way

One of the game's key features is the multiple ways the characters can die. There are over 50 unique animated deaths, ranging from the absurd and funny to the truly terrifying. However, losing doesn't always mean you have to start over: some deaths allow you to discover secrets, discover hidden treasures, or gain access to new routes. Therefore, experimenting with dangerous situations can sometimes be truly beneficial, and curiosity can lead you to places you otherwise couldn't reach.

Gretel wields a slingshot, turning exploration into pure fun. It lets you break windows, manipulate objects, discover hidden opportunities, and even annoy squirrels for no apparent reason. Hansel also gets into trouble with his sister, and certain actions can awaken something best left alone. The world encourages mischief and out-of-the-box thinking, so not every problem requires an obvious solution. Visually, the game resembles a fairy tale come to life: characters, plants, shadows, and magical effects are based on hundreds of original watercolor paintings.
