SCP-9779-JP — is a psychological survival horror game featuring stealth, puzzles, and exploration of a closed SCP Foundation complex. An ordinary security guard is on duty beneath an old Japanese mansion, where the Site-8182 laboratory is hidden. When the object SCP-9779-JP breaks free, an alarm triggers the entire complex. The exit is blocked, communication is cut off, and now the only goal is to return the anomaly to its containment chamber.
Laboratories under the mansion
The complex's corridors stretch beneath a traditional Japanese house, connecting laboratories, archives, and technical rooms. Locked doors require access codes, and some passages only open after power is restored. Employee documents remain on desks, and cabinets hold tools and passes that allow access deeper into the facility's restricted areas.
As we progress, it becomes clear that conventional security systems are no help against the escaped anomaly. The sensors are silent, and the cameras are not recording anything. Danger can only be detected with one's own eyes, so one must constantly listen, check the corridors, and seek cover until a chance arises to return. SCP-9779-JP into the camera.
