Atmocity

Atmocity is a city-building simulator where you create cities, completely ignoring the laws of physics. Challenge yourself as a mayor and start a campaign with clear rules and objectives, or build in free mode.

Game process
Here you can build your city the way you want. Design buildings, plan construction, think through logistics, and manage production facilities. And remember – your city isn't eternal; it requires certain resources to maintain its structures. Residents also need food and shelter to fully relax. Only then will they be able to work productively for the common good.

Just like in real life, you can enter into trade deals and sell excess resources. Try implementing various political schemes, taxes, benefits, etc. Basically, do everything you can to help your city develop. But first, you need to download Atmocity via torrent on PC.
