Ashes of Morgravia is a tactical deckbuilder set in a dark fantasy world where humanity struggles to survive amidst the ruins of fallen gods. Morgravia has been plunged into endless night, and the lands once occupied by the gods are now overrun by monsters and necrotic corruption. As you journey through this dying world, you will search for ancient relics, uncover secrets of the past, and battle the creatures of a catastrophe that changed the fate of an entire civilization.
Two decks - one strategy
The game's key feature is its dual deck system. One deck is responsible for exploring the world and navigating dangerous areas, while the other is used directly in battle. This approach forces players to consider not only their actions in battle but also their travel route, as many decisions impact the subsequent course of events and the options available to them.
The combat system emphasizes intelligent positioning and card combinations. Enemies have their own unique characteristics and require different approaches, so there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Collected relics, equipment, and the remains of fallen gods allow you to strengthen your character, unlock new tactics, and gradually build a unique deck to suit your chosen playstyle.
Features of the game
An unusual system of two separate decks.
