Game Ashes of Singularity This is a sci-fi strategy game set in the present day. Players face two opposing sides: humans and the Khaali. Naturally, standard shooters won't cut it; progress is constantly evolving, utilizing high-tech weaponry and other scientific advances to exterminate the enemy.

What do the people of the Khaali faction oppose? After the creation of AI, technological progress allowed them to get rid of what seemed the most unreliable thing — the human body — and began transferring consciousness into mechanical drones. As a result of these revolutionary steps in development, humanity became simply pure intelligence. But! The Khaali responded by creating their own race — the substrate. The culmination of all this was the emergence of a new material used for computation, called computer material, and human consciousness became a bargaining chip. History is history, but what remains is the battles that will unfold across the galaxy, in some cases on individual planets.
