Pirofauna

Pirofauna — is an atmospheric adventure about a tiny, living flame that journeys through a dark forest shrouded in cold and fog. Once upon a time, a fireplace burned in every home here, and the inhabitants treasured the flame as their greatest treasure. But one day, ghosts came to the forest, and overnight, the familiar world was plunged into darkness. Now, the last spark must navigate the deserted paths, restore light to forgotten places, and remind the forest's inhabitants that the fire has not yet completely died out.

A forest that awaits the return of light

Along the way, you encounter strange insects, abandoned dwellings, and extinguished fireplaces that were once the center of life for the locals. Some need help with everyday chores, others ask to deal with the aftermath of ghostly apparitions, and still others are simply happy to see fire after a long time in the dark. Gradually, getting to know the inhabitants allows you to better understand the history of this unusual world and discover why fire plays such an important role in it.

Flames serve more than just a source of light. They can set fire to surrounding objects, clear paths, dispel ghosts, and interact with the environment in a variety of ways. Over time, new abilities become available, allowing you to move more quickly through the forest and reach previously inaccessible places. Each new ability opens up additional routes and helps you see familiar locations from a different perspective.
