Mistakes are not forgiven

Enemies use a variety of attack types, and distinguishing a normal blow from a lethal one is a matter of survival. You need to not just react, but understand what's happening on the screen. Parrying, dodging, and shifting aren't just "just in case" buttons, but tools that only work when used correctly. If executed accurately, a window opens for a powerful counterattack. If not, the fight ends quickly.

Locations are interconnected and designed to encourage careful exploration. Passages, shortcuts, and dangerous areas all impact your progress. Plus, there's a progression system: different moves, skills, and items allow you to craft a unique style that best suits your pace and reflexes.
