Redwall The Warrior Reborn

The Scout is the first episode in The Warrior Reborn, a live-action miniseries set in the world of Brian Jacques' best-selling Redwall novel.

The first three episodes of The Warrior Reborn will cover the events of the book, as well as the six months prior, but from a completely new perspective. They will tell the stories of three heroes who, for personal reasons, find themselves at Redwall Abbey, which is under attack by Cluny the Scourge. In this difficult situation, the three strangers quickly become friends and play a vital role in the events that lead Martin the Warrior to Matthias and bring Cluny the Scourge's atrocities to an end.

The Scout, the first episode in the series, is a stealth adventure set during the winter preceding the summer of the Late Rose. It follows a mouse stranded at Redwall Abbey after sea rats descend on the peaceful village of Lilygrove. The Scout takes place near the ancient River Moss. The once-wide river has been reduced to a small stream, flowing east to west between Redwall Abbey and the Great South Stream, which feeds the marshes south and east of Salamandastron. The player must navigate a labyrinthine, snow-covered channel punctuated by occasional hedgerows, ancient stone walls, ramshackle hovels, and a few friendly woodsmen's huts.

Throughout your adventure, you'll find feasts, merriment, and even a few fistfights with Valo Scrimpaw, a mysterious caped hero living in Vinsome Race, and the ruthless Scamsnaut. And just when all hope is lost, a ghost will come to your aid.

Episodes 2 and 3, titled The Miner and The Archer respectively, will tell the stories of a squirrel and a mole who find themselves in Redwall for their own reasons, and the action will unfold during spring and early summer.
