Journey to the Void

Journey to the Void is a card-based roguelite strategy game where every decision you make could be your last. You embark on a perilous journey through a warped world, where the outcome of battle depends not on luck, but on how well you manage your deck. There are no "safe" moves: every card you play either advances victory or opens the door for a devastating counterattack.

The deck as a weapon

The combat system is built on grid-based battles, with the hero always positioned in the center of the arena, fending off attacks from all sides. By combining attack cards, defensive moves, and elemental abilities, you shape the rhythm of battle and control the battlefield. Over 100 unique cards, weapons, and items allow for deep synergies, but require careful planning — a miscalculation in deckbuilding quickly leads to defeat.

Between battles, the player encounters events, merchants, and forks in the road. Purchasing rare artifacts, preparing for future battles, and making risky decisions shape not only the current campaign but also future runs. The world reacts to the choices made, increasing the pressure with each step into the abyss. The further you go, the higher the cost of every action — and the more crucial it is to keep your cool.
