Miami Hotel Simulator – a co-op hotel simulator from Last Howl and publisher PlayWay, released on July 24, 2025. You take over a dilapidated hotel in downtown Miami, and you can restore it alone or with friends online.
First a rag, then a casino
When a hotel starts out, it's in poor condition, and the first few hours are spent on room repairs and cleaning. The more guests there are, the dirtier it gets: trash in the hallways, clogged toilets, uncleaned rooms. Until a room is cleaned, a new guest can't move in, so cleaning is part of the economy, not a background responsibility. It's not just the rooms that bring in revenue. Guests spend money in restaurants and bars and play slot machines, so hotel entertainment eventually contributes a significant portion of revenue.
A hotel to suit your taste
Almost the entire building can be rebuilt and improved. Finishes, furniture, and new guest areas are chosen to suit your taste, and this determines how willing guests are to return. The goal is to transform a budget hotel into an expensive resort with a solid profit margin. Guest complaints and household accidents don't go away even in the later stages; they just increase in number.
How is it different from other hotel simulators?
The website features Hotel Simulator and My Hotel Simulator, but the main feature here is co-op. You can manage the hotel with two people or a group: one cleans, one greets guests, and a third handles repairs, while a built-in chat helps you communicate. There's also a single-player mode. Download the torrent. Miami Hotel Simulator On PC, you can play lower; you'll need 16GB of RAM and a GTX 1060-level graphics card.
