Business Simulator 2026 – an economic simulator from HOGO Games, released into early access on November 10, 2025. The game begins with a small starting capital and a single store and ends with a holding company consisting of several companies.

Where to begin

The first step here is choosing an industry. Before opening a business, you need to survey the market, assess your competitors, and develop a business plan. Only then should you decide what to sell in a specific store. You set your own prices, and they directly influence whether customers will come or go to your neighbors. Then comes production: what products to produce, when to launch them, and how much is needed to meet demand and not fill up your warehouse. Different locations can open different types of businesses, so over time, you'll find yourself pursuing several lines of business.

Employees and automation

As long as you have just one store, you can handle everything yourself. But to grow, you'll need to hire employees: they'll take care of the routine and generate a steady income while you focus on opening the next stores. Stores expand, processes are automated, and the profits are invested in new ventures. Strategic decisions at every stage determine the company's direction and what kind of holding it will become.

Life outside the office

Besides running the company, the protagonist also has a personal life. You can customize your character at the start, and use the money you earn to buy a house and new clothes. This isn't the main focus of the game, but it's nice to see how the entrepreneur themselves evolve along with the business. The game is currently in Early Access, with the developers slated to end in November 2026, promising to fix bugs and add new mechanics during this time.
