Wash the facade and replace the floors

The building arrives in a state of disrepair, and the first few hours are spent on renovations. The façade needs to be cleaned of years of accumulated dirt, the floors in the rooms need to be replaced, the ceilings need to be painted, and then the furniture for each room needs to be chosen. The decor is unlimited: a room can be done in a classic Mediterranean style or in a loft style. In addition to the rooms, the recreation areas around the motel also need to be renovated.
