Back in 2014, the little-known company Elder Games released a real-time strategy game called Meridian: New World. The game was received lukewarmly by audiences, but not to the point of being completely unplayable. Players primarily criticized the weak gameplay and outdated graphics.
Now, the company has decided to redeem itself and announced a new real-time strategy game, now called Meridian: Squad 22. Players will once again begin the colonization process on an unknown planet. It's significantly larger, with around 100 randomly generated territories available for exploration. Each will have its own surprises and other unexpected elements, as well as distinct landscape features. You'll now command dozens of new units, allowing you to employ a variety of tactical approaches, and don't forget the ability to utilize technology to achieve your goals.
As for the main updates, the graphics will be significantly improved and new gameplay features will be explored. The AI has also been reworked, now inspiring respect and compelling players to act in a specific way, despite the repetitive nature of certain actions.
Meridian Squad 22 will enter Early Access on May 30th, where the game will be almost ready. The developers simply plan to listen to their fans and adjust the balance if necessary. Naturally, once the project is released, you'll be able to download it. Meridian Squad 22 via torrent for free from us.
