Metawork - Hotel Simulator – a hotel construction and management simulator from the small studio Flugames, released in early access on April 8, 2023. Here, you're responsible for everything from room layout to staff hiring and budgeting.

DIY numbers

The hotel is built and furnished independently. Each room can be planned and decorated individually, and the comfort of the rooms determines whether guests will return. As the hotel develops, new opportunities and services become available, so the building gradually grows along with your budget. You have to start modestly, and your initial decisions about where to spend your money largely determine the pace of future growth.

Guest service

Beds alone aren't enough. A hotel can offer room service, laundry, and other amenities that enhance its appeal. Guests need to be attracted, and reservations need to be processed to ensure rooms aren't empty. More services mean more work, and that's where teamwork comes into play.

Staff and budget

Employees are hired and trained; without them, a large hotel can't run. The budget requires constant attention: money goes toward salaries, upgrades, and new equipment, but only comes from satisfied guests. Upgrading the facilities helps boost revenue, but the investment doesn't pay off right away. The game is designed for single-player, with low requirements — a GTX 660-class graphics card is sufficient. There haven't been any updates in a while, so the game remains in Early Access.
