Your task is to explore the world, find the remains of an ancient civilization, exploit their legacy, and build your own city "on the bones" where you can bring people and followers. All this while weather conditions confront you at every turn. The more you expand the boundaries of your city and people, the greater your chances of victory.

To do this, you'll have to: develop clever strategies and tactics for hiding from the rain, build the most resilient city possible, one that can withstand even a flood, study, discover, and research long-forgotten urban development technologies to give the walls a fortress-like quality, and, of course, manage your people within the city, who are people of different nationalities and different faiths.
