Alice Nation

Alice Nation is a card-based adventure featuring exploration of a fairytale world, interaction with characters, and puzzle solving. Alice finds herself in the mysterious Outlands — an unusual place constructed from cards, where secrets and unexpected dangers lurk behind its bizarre exterior. To find her way back to reality, she must explore unfamiliar corners, meet the locals, and understand the goings-on around her.

Secrets of Outland

The core of the adventure is interacting with the surrounding world using action cards and items. These can be applied to various locations and characters to unlock new opportunities, complete quests, and find solutions to challenging situations. Collect resources, craft useful items, and experiment with the available actions: sometimes a problem can be solved with a friendly conversation, while other times you'll have to resort to force or stealthily take a needed item from an enemy.

As Alice progresses, she learns more about the town's inhabitants, their relationships, sympathies, and rivalries. Exploration involves searching for hidden clues, studying signals, and solving cases that require matching clues. Even ordinary encounters can lead to unexpected discoveries, and card games with the locals add variety.
