Exploring the island

The island becomes a vast playground that can be explored both on land and underwater. The otter can swim through open areas, dive into underwater caves, and climb rocky ledges, while hidden shortcuts allow for new travel directions. Movement between land and water is seamless, preventing exploration from becoming a series of monotonous transitions. As the surrounding area heals, new opportunities for travel appear and previously inaccessible areas become accessible.

Much of the adventure revolves around caring for the island and its inhabitants. Collect trash, clear rubble, and restore abandoned roads, and nature gradually begins to revive. Flowers bloom and animals appear in cleared areas, and rescued animals return to their families. You can also restore ruined houses, small shelters, birdhouses, and bridges, making the surrounding world more comfortable, and newly restored objects open the way to further sections of the island.
