Lobotomy is a first-person psychological horror game inspired by real events and the history of psychiatric institutions of the mid-20th century. As journalist James, you infiltrate an abandoned asylum to gather evidence of the cruel experiments conducted within its walls. A routine investigation quickly turns into a fight for survival when it becomes clear that the dark legends surrounding this place were far from fiction.
The truth is hidden in the darkness
The investigation of the hospital is based on a careful study of the surroundings and the search for clues. Old documents, forgotten rooms, and traces of past events help to reconstruct what happened here many years ago. The deeper one penetrates the institution's closed buildings, the more details are revealed about the illegal experiments and the fates of the people trapped within these walls.
The protagonist is unable to confront the danger with force. All he has at his disposal is a flashlight and a camera, which allows him to record the evidence he finds. Narrow corridors, flickering lighting, and limited visibility create a constant tension, forcing him to listen carefully to the surrounding sounds and move cautiously forward in search of a way out of this nightmare.
