Heretic's Rapture — It's a very strange mix of Tetris, tower defense, and Bullet Heaven, where you build a battle tower out of pieces while hell literally spills onto Earth. Demons have become so numerous that the government decided not to invent anything new and simply updated the old Heretic's Fork system to send sinners back to the underworld along with all the other undead.
Here, one lucky figure can ruin the whole balance.
The tower is built from blocks that don't just shoot at enemies, but also begin to empower adjacent blocks, accelerate effects, and create completely unnatural combinations. Place one block next to another, and suddenly half the screen is melting from chain attacks, explosions, and automatic procs.
The real fun begins when the deck starts working as a single mechanism. One build is built around a dense projectile spam, another around row completions and staff bonuses, and a third simply turns the board into an endless conveyor belt of effects. And then relics fall from above, completely upsetting the balance and allowing you to survive waves where demons are practically wall-to-wall.
