The Coma 3: Bloodlines is a 2D survival horror game where you don't fight the threat, but try to evade it. The emphasis is on tension: you walk through dark corridors, listen to sounds, and understand that any mistake could end in an encounter from which there is no escape. The key here is not to be a hero, but to hide in time and not attract unnecessary attention.

Survival through caution

Monsters don't give you a break. They patrol, react to noise, and can appear where you least expect them. You have to keep an eye on your route, seek cover, and make quick decisions when the situation gets out of control. Hiding, running, and waiting are not temporary measures, but the foundation of the game, without which you won't advance.

The story unfolds around a school and a parallel dimension, where real events and nightmares blend. You collect clues, read notes, and gradually understand how everything is connected. Several characters offer different perspectives, and through them, a larger picture of what's happening unfolds, becoming increasingly disturbing with each step.
