Aether & Iron

Aether & Iron is a story-driven RPG that transports the player to an alternate 1930s, where antigravity technology has transformed the world as we know it. Roads have risen into the sky, cars fly above the rooftops of skyscrapers, and New York City has become a hub of smuggling, political intrigue, and social unrest. The protagonist survives among criminal clans, tycoons, and underground structures that influence the fates of the residents of this vast metropolis.

City over the abyss

Supporting reliable allies becomes the key to success. Each companion has their own story, distinct skills, and the potential to influence the outcome of complex situations. Battles revolve around turn-based vehicular combat, where tactics are determined by the configuration of the ethereal vehicles. By customizing the vehicle, the hero chooses between speed, maneuverability, and defense, determining the style of future operations.

The world offers plenty of room to explore: secret smugglers' trails, closed districts, architectural neighborhoods, and places where the authorities hide their dark mechanisms. The player makes decisions that shape the fate of the city, intervening in criminal conflicts, participating in uprisings, and encountering forces that shape the future of New York. Each path becomes part of the hero's personal story.
