Heart of the Forest

Heart of the Forest is an interactive psychological horror game in which an ordinary student hike in the Black Forest turns into a confrontation with an ancient, vengeful entity. Legends become reality, and the dense forest becomes a trap, where fear and guilt intensify with every step. Isolated from the outside world, the characters gradually realize that the evil in the forest feeds not only on their presence but also on their inner weaknesses.

The forest that doesn't let go

The Black Forest is not a backdrop here, but an active force. Fog obscures landmarks, sounds are distorted, and the space seems alive. The spirit trapped within its depths influences the mind, bringing forth traumas and repressed fears. Under the pressure of the supernatural presence, relationships within the group crack, and every conflict intensifies the influence of the darkness.

The narrative unfolds through a variety of characters, allowing you to see the events from multiple perspectives. Choices shape the course of events, determine levels of trust, and determine who will withstand the pressure and who will break. Survival is not guaranteed, and the ending hinges on whether you can maintain your sanity and resist the growing corruption.
