Game process
Your task is to build a comfortable and functional city. Choose a site and construct residential buildings and industrial facilities. Your people will live and work there. Improve the area, build parks, churches, fountains, and other amenities to make your citizens happier. This will encourage them to work harder and pay more taxes. It's up to you to choose which path to take — you can become a benefactor or a tyrant. Everything depends on your actions and the decisions you make.

The game features an event-driven system where you'll need to complete quests to advance. Treating your citizens well and creating the most favorable conditions can give you strength, but it will also greatly accelerate your development. However, as a result, resources will quickly deplete, and your reign will end. Remember, you may be a hero to some, and a villain to others.
