Rage Anarchy Edition

Rage, a shooter with racing and role-playing elements, is dedicated to a global catastrophe and the failed attempts of various governments to save humanity. Back in 2004, real-life scientists at the Kitt Peak Observatory in the United States discovered a near-Earth asteroid, dubbed Apophis. In reality, the asteroid passed by Earth in 2013, and scientists calculated that a collision in 2029 was ruled out, and in 2036, extremely unlikely.

However, back in 2011, the American studio id Software released the game Rage with an alternative ending: in 2029, Apophis did indeed collide with Earth, destroying all countries and wiping out over 80% of the planet's inhabitants. But the authorities, having learned of the looming threat from space, organized the Eden Project, designed to save humanity! Over approximately 20 years, several "Arks" were created, equipped with weapons and ammunition and sent deep underground. They also housed capsules containing select individuals, placed in suspended animation. They would be tasked with reviving human civilization.

The Arks were programmed to automatically rise to the surface in 2135. However, after a global catastrophe, the survivors on Earth's surface began to rebuild the planet themselves. The Eden Project proved a failure: the Arks malfunctioned, and along with them, all the chosen ones perished. All but one. And so our hero finds himself on Earth more than 100 years after the catastrophe. Of course, it's only logical that all the inhabitants perceive him as an enemy who appeared out of nowhere. He will have to fight for his own life in this ruined world, battling mutants and bandits!

The gameplay places a strong emphasis on shooting and racing. For added effectiveness and visual impact, various fun gadgets are included, such as portable turrets, boomerangs, and radio-controlled cars equipped with explosives. In addition to the single-player campaign, there's a co-op mode with spin-off missions, as well as a racing mode for up to four players.
