Chronicle of Innsmouth Mountains of Madness

The Innsmouth Chronicles – Chapter Two. An adventure game with horror elements, built on our fears of one day going on a mountain hike and discovering something terrifying that will wipe out our entire crew. For a long time, the ever-present Hollywood churned out one film after another on this theme, and since they were all wildly successful, the time was ripe for game versions.

So, the system is designed for a single player, part of a team. You are a scientist who, along with your colleagues, has set off for the Himalayas. Your task is to find and explore the mountain ranges above the explored section. Of course, once you get there, it turns out things aren't so simple: in the ice caves, you discover the bodies of unknown creatures. They could be aliens, or monsters — in short, the very same creatures that will eventually crawl to the surface and destroy your entire expedition.

The stunning graphics and artwork in the game deserve special mention. They're so professionally done that you truly feel like you're inside an icy valley. The effect is further enhanced by the sounds of nature and atmospheric music, immersing the player in a world of terrifying discoveries and otherworldly monsters.

What else will you encounter? In short, it completely immerses you in a different, terrifying world that's nerve-wracking and frightening, but precisely because of this, it's so engaging and captivating.
