After downloading the game and in the game itself, mission 1, when in the shrine, in the Bonus section, can I get the "First Samurai Armor" armor set?

Has anyone had any problems with the quest Cherry Blossoms at Daigo Temple?

This mission crashes when I launch it. I've tried online, solo, and connecting with friends. It takes about a minute to load, then crashes. If I delete the game folder and reinstall it, will my saves be lost? Or are they tied to the Steam folder?

It's a great game, and in many ways it feels like an upgrade from the first game, especially in terms of enemies and locations. And the combat is probably the best of any similar game, with a variety to suit every taste. I'm eagerly awaiting the third.

I really like the story and the setting. But the gameplay is very poorly done. What's so surprising? This is the legendary Team Ninja, the same ones who screwed up Ninja Gaiden. I'm trying to explain that these people upset me before it was mainstream. So what about Nioh?
A bunch of useless mechanics for the sake of mechanics. Unnecessary stance switching; I played both games with an axe in high stance and still don't understand why I should change anything. For example, Ghost of Tsushima punishes spamming one stance, forcing you to switch, while in Nioh it's useless. Switching weapons isn't beneficial (to boost only one), and stamina regeneration is a whole other cringe. What's the point of this? Cut it from the game and nothing will change.
The game forces you to complete side quests, otherwise you'll be severely under-farmed. You lose 3-7 levels after each level. As a result, you can end up 30-50 levels behind by the end of the game if you only do the main quests. The game turns into a mindless grind.
The controls are stupid. I played through it on DualSense, and they're no better. The problem is that a bunch of functions are bound to one button, making it practically impossible to customize the controls. I play with R1/R2, which is incredibly inconvenient in Nioh. All the controls would go to hell. But the one that really annoyed me was the dodge button, which was "x." Seriously? The stupidest thing is that you can't change the "o" button, so you can't assign it to dodge like in other games. "x" is the action, "o" is the dodge/dash/jump — that's the rule. Okay, so you like using "x," why can't I change it to something more comfortable? I think you already know how many times I died by pressing "o" instead of "x."
It's really sad that such a fantastic project was wasted with such mediocre decisions. No Tomonobu Itagaki, no party.
