The Art of Bones

Building a dice pool becomes the foundation of your party's development. Instead of a traditional deck, you must assemble your own dice pool and determine the abilities on their faces. You can create different combinations for up to four characters, select appropriate equipment, and explore synergies between the abilities of the entire team. Dice are used not only during battles: their rolls help you pass skill checks and restore resources while resting. Therefore, even random results matter, and preparing your pool in advance allows you to maximize the number of useful options.

The world consists of open hexagonal maps that are regenerated as you travel. Different regions offer their own biomes, dangers, and opportunities, so your route must be carefully planned based on your available resources and the team's current state. Turn-based combat requires you to make the most of your dice rolls, while poor decisions can lead to the death of your entire squad. However, completing your journey doesn't mean the end of progress: each new run allows you to better understand the world, adjust your dice pool, and try a different strategy.
