Between Adventures IDLE is a role-playing game with automatic character development, deep skill upgrades, and full-fledged battles that don't devolve into a simple text log. The hero actually participates in battles: striking with weapons, firing arrows, and casting spells, and everything is depicted in expressive 2D pixel art. You can manage your character's development, choose equipment, and monitor battles, or leave the hero to manage their affairs in your absence, continuing to earn resources and rewards.

Hero Development

The game offers 11 development paths related to resource extraction, item crafting, and magic. Characters can engage in mining, gathering plants, chopping trees, fishing, blacksmithing, crafting, cooking, alchemy, and various magical arts. Mastery bonuses are unlocked simultaneously, and the skill system allows for simultaneous resource extraction and crafting. This approach ensures that development continues even when you're not directly involved in each process.

Battles take place in real time and require preparation for every dangerous encounter. In addition to standard attacks, you must consider debuffs, use defensive moves, and use consumables, while dungeon bosses can be particularly challenging. A skill tree allows you to specialize through permanent upgrades: you can speed up mining, increase the amount of resources you receive, or enhance your combat capabilities.
