Orders and consequences

During the day, you have to distribute available units among various missions, and at night, deal with the consequences of your decisions. Study incident reports, medical data, and intelligence, monitor the condition of your units, and wait for reinforcements. Unforeseen events occur during missions, potentially changing their outcome on the fly. The situation of your troops is affected by morale, fatigue, weather, supplies, and enemy readiness, so even a well-prepared operation can suddenly go drastically wrong.

The main goal is to hold out for twenty days, while fulfilling command requirements and trying to keep the men under your command. Good service allows you to gain influence and use it to change conditions in your favor, while failures will lead to a reduction in capabilities and loss of support.
