The Lord of the Rings: War in the North - Legacy Edition

The Lord of the Rings: War in the North - Legacy Edition — is a dark, co-op action RPG featuring leveling, telling the story of the war in the North of Middle-earth as Frodo and the rest of the Fellowship journey to Mount Doom. You must unite with other heroes and stop Agandaur, the Black Númenórean, who is gathering Sauron's forces among the ruins of Fornost. Here, the fate of the North rests in the hands of those whose stories remain unseen during the main quest.

Three heroes - one war

Choose between the ranger Eradan, the elf Andriel, and the dwarf Farin, each offering a completely different approach to combat. The ranger relies on stealth and precision, the loremaster utilizes magic and healing, and the dwarf transforms melee combat into a devastating attack. Develop your abilities, customize your gear, and collect weapons and armor, gradually crafting a style that suits you.

The journey will take the heroes through familiar corners of Middle-earth, including Rivendell, Lorien, the Lonely Mountain, and Mirkwood. Along the way, they'll encounter legendary characters, and in battle, they'll face orcs, trolls, wargs, and wights. The Great Eagle Beleram plays a special role; he can be summoned for an aerial attack and turn the tide of a particularly difficult battle. The story can be played solo or with two other players.
