At Night: Haunted Ride is a first-person psychological horror game set inside a mine amusement park just before its opening. Jeremy Miller goes on the night shift to perform final equipment checks, but the routine quickly becomes unsettling. Well-functioning mechanisms begin to break down without explanation, the route changes on its own, and something lurks behind the scenery that was never meant to be there.
The night shift is getting out of control.
Every cycle begins the same way, but ends differently. The car stops due to yet another malfunction, forcing everyone to go outside, search for the damaged mechanisms, and restart the ride. After the renovations, the familiar spaces no longer look the same: new details appear, familiar landmarks disappear, and some decorations seem to take on a life of their own. Even the short walk to the switch gradually becomes a test of endurance.
The assistant continues to explain what needs to be done next, but his prompts raise more and more questions. When the time for the final launch arrives, it turns out that the ride has long since stopped working as originally planned. The final test becomes a test not of the equipment, but of the ability to escape from a place that has completely defied common sense.
