EA SPORTS College Football 27 is a college football sports simulator that combines team management, player development, and spectacular matches. Players can lead their university to success in Dynasty mode, create their own athlete for Path to Glory, or participate in unique encounters by controlling famous school mascots. Each mode offers its own goals and development opportunities.

Fight for the championship

In Dynasty mode, players manage team development, recruit staff, improve infrastructure, utilize the NIL system, and make decisions that shape the future of the university. In Path to Glory, players create their own athlete, select a position, earn NIL contracts, improve their Draft Stock ranking, develop their Legacy Score, and strive to win the prestigious Heisman Trophy.

Updated game mechanics are used during matches, allowing for more precise control over athletes' actions, tactical shifts, and play patterns. Dynamic weather, expanded pre-match ceremonies, a modern broadcast system, and the Mascot Mashup mode, where over 120 university mascots participate in unique 11-on-11 matches, further enhance the atmosphere.
