Mirklurk: Every Step Matters

Mirklurk: Every Step Matters is a turn-based RPG with survival elements, set in dangerous swamps where the cost of error can be high. Here, you can't move forward endlessly or rely solely on the power of your weapons. Every action requires resources, and a wrong decision can leave the hero without food, strength, or the chance to survive another cold night.

The swamp is tested not only in battle

Travel is built around constant choices. You have to manage several parameters simultaneously: hunger, fatigue, energy reserves, and warmth. Good armor can help you survive a fight, but it can become a serious problem when exploring a terrain or climbing difficult sections. Preparation for a foray is often just as important as the journey itself.

Battles are presented in an unusual format, reminiscent of a tactical puzzle. Weapons differ not only in their stats but also in their attack patterns. Some items are good for controlling space, while others allow for multi-directional attacks or special effects. Victory depends less on character level than on skill in using available abilities.
