FLESHCANCER — is a boomer shooter powered by the ID Tech 2 engine that doesn't shy away from speed, blood, or strange ideas. Narrow corridors give way to surreal spaces, enemies rush in droves, and the pace never lets you stop for a second. A double-barreled shotgun thunders like an old-school blast, napalm incinerates crowds, and a skull with a mysterious energy turns combat into a chaotic meat grinder.

The Cult, the Portal, and the City Without Hope

The story begins in Brazil after the fall of the military dictatorship. A cult is forming in the shadows, convinced that a being trapped in a skinless body exists beyond our world. To empower it, a portal is opened in the center of a small town. The town was chosen deliberately — there's long been no faith or hope here, only emptiness.

A man who once fought against the regime lives in the nearby forest. After the war, he retreated into isolation, trying to hide from his own actions. Upon learning of what's happening, he returns to the city. The fighting rages relentlessly: cultists, terrorists, twisted creatures, and absurd living bombs. The outcome depends solely on how quickly and brutally you advance.
