There was one incredible discovery of this time: people could travel through time. Technocrats had now reached the very top of the global chain. They themselves realized that the machine didn't allow time travel, but rather, it moved people through real dimensions. And the most interesting thing is that they were the first to quickly grasp this.

Rewriting History: Opening a New Era
A powerful and advanced corporation begins scouring the universe to find those developing these machines. Then they must be destroyed, pulverized, and move on. The main character in this game is Randy Rippin. He's a true time traveler and a brave man who's unstoppable. A crazed maniac who enjoys taking drugs and has earned a dubious reputation, he'll be tasked with destroying those who create these machines.
