Feather's Edge — is a Metroidvania built around speed, precision, and constant tension. Upu ascends through the Tower of Time just as its top has been shattered, and the world itself is literally being torn apart. Time no longer flows normally: some areas freeze, others crumble before your eyes, and within the rifts, every second feels like a separate battle for survival.
The tower requires skill, not strength.
Local fights are short and very close. You need to quickly read the situation, use dashes, and understand which move will give you the advantage you need at any given moment. Every ability has its uses, and without proper movement control, you won't get very far. The further you advance, the more you have to not just react, but sense the rhythm of the fight in advance.
The Tower constantly changes the environment around Upu. After dense jungle, you can find yourself in icy regions or even in areas where time is fractured and space behaves erratically. Rifts must be cleared again and again, gradually improving your skills and moving ever higher. This is driven not only by the desire to reach the top but also by an attempt to restore the normal flow of time to the world before everything falls apart completely.
