Alice in Wonder Underland AIWU — is a surreal adventure exploring strange worlds, searching for unusual objects, and experiencing the eerie feeling that something is wrong behind every seemingly cute picture. Together with Rabbit Noir, Alice travels through dozens of locations — from fairytale realms and old Japan to digital worlds and outer space — trying to find a lost voice and make sense of what's happening around her.
The sweet world is constantly causing anxiety
Almost all the locations look familiar and cozy, but things quickly begin to pop up in the details that ruin this feeling. Empty rooms, strange objects, illogical rules, and the feeling of an alien presence create a slight discomfort even in the most tranquil places. The game specifically plays on the childish feeling of "what if there's something out there?", turning simple curiosity into the core of the entire journey.
Scattered throughout the world are over a hundred strange objects, gradually piecing together to form a larger picture. Once discovered, each object is added to Alice's room along with a hand-drawn illustration and description — sometimes humorous, others downright creepy. Additionally, there are minigames and separate worlds within the games themselves, where the rules begin to work quite differently than expected. Some look like old pixel art projects, while others dramatically change style and atmosphere mid-game.
