Everything revolves around order processing and how efficiently you organize the process from receiving clothes to returning them.

A job that quickly gets out of control

Clothes arrive nonstop: they need to be sorted, loaded into machines, set to a specific mode, dried, and tidied up. If things don't keep up, they start to pile up — baskets overflow, customers get angry, and the space becomes a mess. You have to not only wash but also clean, monitor the condition of the machines, and resolve issues as they arise.

Over time, it becomes possible to reduce workload by employing employees and automating processes. New machines speed up the process, but require investment and maintenance. Expansion generates more profit, but also increases the workload — more clients, more orders, more points where something can go wrong. Ultimately, the game becomes a balance between speed and control over the entire system.
