The credits on the website list Putin and Trump as the authors, which nicely captures the overall tone.

Quarantine as a genre

This is a parody game about the spring of 2020, and it's not meant to be taken seriously. The tasks are taken from the news and memes of the time: stay home so your paycheck keeps rolling in, go to the store, don't forget your mask and hand sanitizer, and get a city pass. There are also tasks with a dark humorous twist, such as visiting relatives with an eye on their property. Items include buckwheat, toilet paper, masks, and virtual reality glasses — everything that was flying off the shelves back then.
