Changes:Updated to version Build 24883881.[Changelog]
Piece by Piece – a pixel puzzle platformer from Neon Polygons, released on March 13, 2026. The idea is literally in the title: each level is cut into pieces like a jigsaw puzzle, and the path forward only appears when you correctly assemble the pieces.
The level is like a puzzle
The hero runs and jumps like in a typical platformer, but first he needs to master the field. Pieces of the level are rearranged, and where they connect to each other determines where you can go. A bad connection breaks the road, while a successful one opens a passage to the exit. There's no rush here: it's more of a relaxed logic puzzle where reflexes are almost irrelevant, and you can think through your moves as much as you like. You can also use a gamepad to control the game.
One hundred levels and new rules
The game has a hundred levels, and the difficulty gradually increases. Each new stage introduces its own theme and mechanics: portals between pieces, resource mining, rotating level parts. Then come hybrid levels, where several mechanics operate simultaneously, testing your understanding of each one individually. Each level hides a golden puzzle piece, and collecting them all is significantly more challenging than simply reaching the exit.
Small and cozy
The game weighs in at around 150 MB and runs even on an old laptop with integrated graphics. It already has hundreds of reviews on Steam, and almost none of them are negative. There's another game with the same name on the site, so be sure to check out the developer: this one was made by Neon Polygons.
