Springs Eternal — is a short, first-person journey to a place that seems to have been forgotten. Stillwater Springs looks like a resort from a bygone era: hot springs, fog, trails leading nowhere. The world is both alluring in its silence and unsettling — there's no rushing or explanation of why you've come. You're simply encouraged to move on.
A place where everyone is waiting for something
As you progress, you meet people stuck here for various reasons. Philosophers debate as if they have eternity ahead of them. A tattoo artist offers to draw the future without asking questions. Old people, a widow, lovers — each dialogue unfolds gradually and can go in different directions, connecting others' stories with your own. Stillwater doesn't tell the truth directly; it lets you hear it in fragments.
Exploration expands the space: hidden baths, caves, and strange corners are not immediately revealed. The map grows along with your attention to detail, and the sense of danger remains vague — you seem safe, but the world hints that this may be an illusion. This is a compact story, designed to last 2-3 hours, where the important thing is not the events, but the state between them.
