Sheep Way is a cooperative adventure built around chaos management, where players don't control the route but try to keep the situation from falling apart. The task seems simple — lead the flock through a series of locations — but the sheep's behavior constantly disrupts plans, forcing players to react to unexpected situations and work as a team.
Chaos as a core mechanic
Each sheep behaves like a living creature with its own needs and fears. They are frightened by noise, flee from threats, demand food and attention, and, if left unchecked, quickly destroy any order. Players must assign roles, monitor the flock's condition, and constantly adjust their actions to prevent the movement from devolving into a chaotic chase.
The route remains the same, but completing it feels different each time. Natural areas, narrow passages, and open spaces change the pace, and wild animals interfere, confusing players and frightening sheep. Success is achieved not by speed, but by coordination, attention, and the ability to react quickly.
