Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction

This expansion, released a year after Diablo 2, tells the story of the Worldstone, an artifact that protects mortals from otherworldly evil. The relic is under attack by the vile Baal, Diablo's brother. To stop this creature and his minions, Archangel Tyrael sends the player character to the city of Harrogath. The hero will defeat Baal, but will be unable to save the Worldstone from his filthy hands — or rather, limbs. Corruption threatens absolute destruction, so Tyrael must destroy the artifact. Add-on features:
In addition to the Necromancer, Amazon, Sorceress, Paladin, and Barbarian, you can also play as a Druid and Assassin. Each has about three dozen unique abilities.
- Added 33 runes, several hundred recipes for the Horadric Cube (item converter), additional weapons and ammunition for a certain class, for example, claw blades for the Assassin, and much more.
- Now you have not one, but two slots for spells and weapons. Switching is instant — just press "W."
- The graphics have been improved - the maximum resolution is 800 by 600, not 640 by 480 as in the original version.
- Mercenaries can follow the player throughout the entire game. Companions can be customized in various ways, and potions can be used to heal and resurrect them.
A new city, Harrogath, has appeared, which means new faces who will happily throw in a few challenging missions, like delving into dungeons. As before, these locations are generated anew each time.
