Bossa Studios, the developer behind such masterpieces as the surgeon and bread simulators, decided to try out a feature in their new project, World Adrift: the absence of NPCs, completely clearing the vast game world of mobs.
Features: - The main focus of the project is to explore the surrounding world using self-designed aircraft and battle in the sky using them. According to the developers, the decision to banish NPCs was made with the goal of reviving the original spirit of role-playing games. - One of the interesting aspects of the new project is the independent creation of tasks and goals. The lack of NPCs is also one of the reasons the game will feature a single server, which will house not only the entire game world but also all users. Essentially, the developers decided to create a virtual world governed by the rules established by the players themselves, without strict, prescribed tasks. The game world will be open; there are no locations in the project that are closed by hero level, partly because the characters don't have levels either. The game world is created procedurally, so instead of opening new locations, the developers plan to only refine the existing world to include various details. - At the time of writing, the launch date of the game project and the list of available platforms have not yet been announced by the developers, but we are sure that you can download the torrent Worlds Adrift Everyone can do it on PC.
