So, according to the plot, you are a doctor who actively sees patients, communicates with them, and makes diagnoses. You work at a medical facility – St. Mark's Hospital – interacting with colleagues, and also caring for your staff and the hospital as a whole.

Your schedule begins with seeing people. They describe their symptoms, pain, ailments, and lifestyle, and your job is to diagnose them correctly and prescribe medication. Patients may tell the truth, or they may lie, they may be holding back, embarrassed, or afraid. They describe various symptoms and demand pills, but you consider whether they're worth taking.

Often, medications don't help, and then you'll have to resort to more drastic measures — surgery. Moreover, it's up to you to inform and reassure the patient and their family. Then, pick up the scalpel, check for nurses, assistants, and the correct dose of anesthesia. All of this is necessary for the surgery to be successful. And if something goes wrong, pull yourself together and act to save the patient's life! Afterward, you need to monitor the patient for a long time to see if they're improving or worsening.

For an accurate diagnosis, you have access to the most modern medical equipment, including CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, blood and urine tests, and much more. There will also be people who are completely healthy. They feign or deliberately induce illness, which, incidentally, is also a symptom.

The more patients you treat, the more money you'll earn and the more you'll develop a reputation as a skilled surgeon. Invest your earnings back into the hospital and gradually expand it by hiring new, skilled medical staff. Your goal is to work hard and efficiently. Then you have a chance of becoming the hospital's director.
