Transference – a game created by Elijah Wood, which straddles the adventure and psychological genres, is a collaboration between Ubisoft Montreal and Spectre Vision.

It's well known that Raymond Hayes, the renowned neurobiologist, decided to take his study of the brain a step further and attempted to create a unique version of a digital brain simulation. The subjects of his experiments were himself, his musician wife, and his young son, Katherine and Benjamin, respectively.

Hopes for success were dashed. The research proved irreparable, and all three heroes were forced to travel to different dimensions, confined to the confines of their own home. Each family member can communicate directly with one another, for example, via radio.
