Den-Den: Tokyo Horror is a Japanese horror role-playing game in which you must survive one night in a dying Tokyo and decide who will survive until morning. Japan faces a demographic crisis, and a geopolitical blockade has deprived the city of food, medicine, and electricity. Amid this devastation, society descends into violence, and even simple care for others becomes a struggle for survival.

Night without salvation

You play as a caregiver tasked with keeping abandoned elderly residents alive in a nursing home. However, supplies are drastically low, so you'll have to constantly decide who gets the essentials. Time moves swiftly: with each passing hour, the situation becomes more dangerous, and the consequences of your decisions become more dire. Explore the city, collect useful items, and recycle the trash you find to obtain the necessary resources.

To survive until dawn, you'll have to visit terrifying nursing homes, scavenge for equipment, and choose between fighting and fleeing. For defense, you can use improvised weapons, stun guns, and even illegal pistols. Magical amulets, imbuing the hero with supernatural blessings, provide additional options.
