ShipCrafter — is a sandbox naval combat simulator with a ship builder where you create your own warships, test them in battle, and gradually unlock new parts. The design directly affects the ship's performance on the water, its defenses, armament, and ability to withstand damage. The campaign features over 50 missions and battles with over 20 different ships, while custom battles allow you to test your own designs and stage naval battles between computer-controlled vessels. Download ShipCrafter You can use torrent on your PC to build unusual ships and test your designs in real physical combat.
Building a ship
The editor takes into account mass, submerged hull volume, density, and center of mass, so even minor design changes can impact a vessel's behavior. The buoyancy system operates in real time and accounts for ocean waves, while adjustable ballast tanks allow for the creation of submarines. Weapons are also subject to physics calculations: projectile trajectory depends on air pressure, atmospheric density, and velocity, while impacts are determined by the mass and velocity of the projectile, armor thickness, and impact angle. This allows identical weapons to behave differently depending on combat conditions.
Damage isn't limited to a simple health bar, as individual ship components lose effectiveness directly from damage. Turrets and engines can be damaged, gradually altering a ship's capabilities during combat. Weather, rain, wave height, and the day/night cycle also have an impact. The campaign allows players to progress through missions and liberate Europe, while the custom mode allows players to choose the conditions of naval combat, create their own challenges, and spectate battles between AI-controlled ships.
