Scirocco Thugs is a first-person action game with an emphasis on fast-paced hand-to-hand combat, spectacular punches, and nonstop confrontations with numerous thugs. Protagonist Tugg DiMamma finds himself on the streets of southern Italy, where he begins his own journey for revenge. Over the course of seven stages, he'll have to deal with opponents armed with improvised defenses and use whatever comes to hand. Way of Vengeance

The opponents here aren't just going to stand around and take a beating. Among them are fighters with makeshift shields and protective gear, and some even use jetpacks, which can suddenly turn a simple brawl into a chaotic battle. To deal with the crowd, Tugg is capable of performing sharp kicks, throws, acrobatic moves, and inflicting serious damage on opponents in close combat. All of this takes place against the backdrop of southern Italian urban areas, creating a unique atmosphere of a hero's journey.

The environment also becomes a source of weapons. Bricks, shovels, chains, pipes, and metal bars can be picked up and used against attackers, opening up new combat options. Each item offers a unique twist on traditional hand-to-hand combat, and powerful animations highlight the rough and tumble style of street fighting. If the enemy becomes overwhelming, a revolver, shotgun, or illegal machine gun can be brought into play, completely changing the nature of the encounter and turning a simple brawl into a full-blown massacre.
